Industrial Zone B: PARK U BOROVÉ in Havlíčkův Brod is undergoing gradual revitalization.
Earlier this year, the reconstruction of the interior of a historic building from 1920 was completed,
which offers unique office and production space with a usable area of more than 700 m2.
During the reconstruction, the main emphasis was placed on preserving the historical character of the building and its
unique architecture. We have adapted the premises according to the needs of the new tenant of Denwel, s.r.o.
The ground floor is intended for industrial production and storage. A unique open space was created on the second floor, dominated by the original roof trusses, supplemented with onboard supporting elements. The space is thus optically divided into individual workplaces.
